List of Coptic Catholic Patriarchs of Alexandria

This is a list of The Coptic Catholic Patriarchs of Alexandria. The head the Eastern sui iuris Coptic Catholic Church, a particular Church in the Catholic Church in full communion with the Holy See. The patriarch ranks the second among all Catholic bishops of the world (only after the Pope) by the virtue of Canon Law (CCEO 58, 59.2).

In 1741 an apostolic vicariate was established for Alexandria for Coptic Christians wanting to unite with Rome. This later on was elevated into a patriarchate in 1895.
