See What You Know

See What You Know

"See What You Know" was an early television game show that aired on CBS television for four seasons starting in January 1946 and ending for three years in syndication until 1949. It was hosted by Bennett Cerf.

Its format was black & white during its run. After World War II, CBS television followed the lineup of the new series that was about to premiere on the network. In the early 1950s, CBS television announced that the series was cancelled so quickly, that nobody in the USA will ever remember watching it. It was also the third earliest game show broadcast on US television.
