Oscar González Loyo, born April 11, 1959 in Mexico City; is a comic book artist, author of Karmatrón y Los Transformables. He is also founder and CEO of ¡Ka-Boom! Estudio. He is married to Susana Romero

In 1973 he became a professional artist for Las Aventuras de Capulina.

Over the years, he has worked in titles like Las Aventuras de Cepillín, Las Aventuras de Parchís, Katy la Oruga, El Monje Loco, The Flintstones, The New Speed Racer, Tiny Toons, Looney Tunes, The Simpsons Comics and Bart Simpson Comics.^{[citation needed]}

From 1996 to 2000 he directed animations for the Latin American version of Sesame Street.

In 2000, he became the first Mexican to win an Eisner Award at Comic-Con International for his work on Simpson's Comics.

He currently works in the Karmatron Comic Book, and plans to launch a project called Saskunah el Maya, a story about his theory of Mayan history and mysterious disappearance. He is also in the works for taking this story to a movie.^{[citation needed]}
