- Warpigs (band)
Warpigs is a group originating from Towson University who compete in various competitive activities. Warpigs started as an intramural soccer team, but eventually grew to many other activities including competitive drinking. Warpigs is centered around the irony of masculine males being victorious wearing pink. This statement alone shows the disregard the members have for gender roles, and displays their complete security. The idea for Warpigs unraveled while three of its Creators were shopping for team attire, and one noticed a children's novel with a pig on the cover during the summer of 08. The name Warpigs was thrown out and has stuck ever since. Warpigs Can be found as a group on [facebook] .
