Tirutakkatevar

Tirutakkatevar was a Tamil poet who wrote "Jivaka-chintamani", one of the five greatest epics of Tamil literature, ("Manimegalai, Silapadhigaaram , Valayaapathi" and "Kundalakesi", along with "Jivaka-chintamani", constitute the five great epics of Tamil literature). He, as a local king, also supported to create Kamban, one of the most famous poets of Tamil literature.
