Le Mamea Matatumua Ata

Le Mamea Matatumua Ata was one of the framers of the Constitution of Samoa. [ [http://www.parliament.gov.ws/popup_gen.cfm?con=100 THE CONSTITUTION OF THE INDEPENDENT STATE OF SAMOA] at www.parliament.gov.ws] He held senior positions under the New Zealand Trusteeship of Samoa and in the Independent State of Samoa. He held the High Chief title — Le Mamea from Matautu, Lefaga — and the Orator title — Matatumua from Faleasi'u.
