Little Hereford

Little Hereford is a village and civil parish in Herefordshire, England.

Location

The village is in the north of the county, near the border with Worcestershire, and Shropshire. The parish nestles between the Ledwyche Brooke (north of which is Shropshire), and the River Teme [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/88666] , to the east and south, which forms the boundary with Worcestershire.

The nearest town to the village is Tenbury Wells. Nearby parishes are Burford, Shropshire, Brimfield and Tenbury.

Amenities

The village hall [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/88663] is a striking black and white survival, and is a landmark on the A465 road. There is also a historic church dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/88662] .
