Seneca is a Buffalo Metro Rail station located on the Buffalo Place right-of-way corridor in downtown Buffalo, New York. The station is located on Main Street between Seneca and Swan Streets.

Seneca station is located within the Metro Rail "fare-free" zone, which allows passengers free travel between Erie Canal Harbor station and Theater station. Passengers continuing past Theater station, are required to provide proof-of-payment.
