Toshitsugu Zukoshi

Toshitsugu Zukoshi (図越 利次 "Zukoshi Toshitsugu") is the "kaicho" (会長 leader) of the Fifth Aizukotetsu-kai (五代目会津小鉄会), a Japanese yakuza organization based in Kyoto.
