South Milford railway station serves the villages of South Milford and Sherburn-in-Elmet in North Yorkshire, England. It lies on the York and Selby Lines 21 km (13 miles) east of Leeds.
The station was originally opened by the Leeds and Selby Railway in 1834.

On Monday to Saturday daytimes, the station is served by an Northern Rail hourly service, which runs in each direction between Selby and Leeds, Bradford Interchange, Huddersfield and Wakefield Westgate.
During evenings and Sundays, First TransPennine Express services between Hull and Leeds call here, some of which continue on to Manchester Piccadilly.
