Jackie Spencer Moore (born February 19, 1939 in Jay, Florida, United States) is a coach for the Houston Astros and a former manager of the Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball.

Although he had a very brief career as a major league player—he batted only .094 in 53 at bats as a catcher for the 1965 Detroit Tigers—Moore spent almost 30 years at the MLB level as a coach with the Athletics, Milwaukee Brewers, Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, Montréal Expos, Cincinnati Reds and Colorado Rockies. He was promoted to manager of the Athletics on May 24, 1984, succeeding Steve Boros. He managed Oakland for 353 games—the balance of 1984, all of 1985, and 73 games into 1986—before he was fired in favor of Tony La Russa on June 26, 1986. His career managing record was 163-190 (.462).

In 2000, Moore was appointed the first manager in the history of the Round Rock Express. He managed the Astro farm team for eight full seasons, during which time the Express played in the AA Texas League (2000-04) and the AAA Pacific Coast League (2005-07). On September 30, 2007, he was named the Astros bench coach for the 2008 season by manager Cecil Cooper. Moore was Cooper's first manager in professional baseball, with the 1968 Jamestown Falcons, then the Boston Red Sox' affiliate in the Short Season Class A New York-Penn League.
