Hor Haggidgad

Hor Haggidgad

Hor Haggidgad (Hebrew: חֹר הַגִּדְגָּד, "Ḥōr Hag-Giḏgāḏ", 'cave of the Gidgad') is one of the stops of the Israelites on the Exodus journey. It is mentioned in Numbers 33:32-33 as a place where the Israelites stopped druing the Exodus, probably meaning 'cave of GidGad/GudGod'. [Craige, Peter C., "The Book of Deuteronomy" Wm. B. Eerdmans Publishing, 1976 ISBN 9780802825247 p.200 [http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=PAslX-YsNagC&pg=PA200&dq=%22Hor+Haggidgad%22&ei=dKbLSIXHOoLgywSFpNHGAQ&client=firefox-a&sig=ACfU3U0yQWsb5EsGbW1VWJKWNXkIx-oy3A] ] it is called Gudgodah in Deuteronomy 10:7. B. Eerdmans Publishing, 1976 ISBN 9780802825247 p.200 p. 200] or Wadi Ghadhaghedh in the Eastern Sinai [Freedman, David Noel; Allen C. Myers; Astrid B. Beck "Eerdmans Dictionary of the Bible " Wm. B.
