Max Weber (2 August 1897 - 2 December 1974) was a Swiss politician.

He was elected to the Swiss Federal Council on 13 December 1951 and handed over office on 31 January 1954. He was affiliated to the Social Democratic Party. During his time in office he held the Department of Finance.
