Valerio won a gold medal as a member of the winning 4 x 100 Freestyle Relay team at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.
Valerio races Ironman and is an elite age-group member of the Timex Multisport Team. She often blogs her races and training for Timex.[1]. She has also secured the first ever Cheap Trick custom-built bike. Melanie can be found in women's magazines offering fitness and training tips.
