The 14th Canadian Parliament was in session from
March 8 ,1922 untilSeptember 5 ,1925 . The membership was set by the 1921 federal election onDecember 6 ,1921 , and it changed only somewhat due to resignations andby-elections until it was dissolved prior to the 1925 election.It was controlled by a Liberal Party minority under Prime Minister
William Lyon Mackenzie King and the12th Canadian Ministry . The Official Opposition was the Conservative Party, led byArthur Meighen , although the new Progressive Party led byThomas Crerar had more seats.
