Westendstraße 1 is a 682ft (208m) skyscraper in Frankfurt, Germany. The 51 floor building has a 95 metric ton steel crown, which is heated during the winter to aviod icing. In 1995 it was awarded the "Best Building of the Year" by the American Chamber of Architects in the multifunctional skyscraper category. A sculpture Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, called Inverted Collar and Tie is set up in front of the entrance.
