Warilla is a suburb of Shellharbour, New South Wales, Australia. It is one of the more established areas and is nestled between other suburbs of Mount Warrigal, Barrack Heights and Shellharbour City Centre of the west, Windang and Lake Illawarra South in the north and Shellharbour Village and Blackbutt in the south. The name Warilla is effectively an anagram of Illawarra.

Warilla is predominally a residential suburb, many of the houses were built between the 1950s and 1960's. Warilla's main commercial centre is located on George Street with surrounding shops located on Shellharbour Road and Lake Entrance Road. There is also a small Industrial Park located Convert|1|km|mi|abbr=on south at Sunset Avenue where light industries are established. Warilla is also blessed with fine beaches which are very popular with locals and tourist especially in summer.

Warilla once held the council chambers for Shellharbour City Council before it relocated to near by Shellharbour City Centre, though the building which is still in good condition is still used for council meetings. Other businesses have also set up inside.

Warilla is also host to the Lake Illawarra Local Command Policing unit (NSW Police) which is one of the largest in the state of NSW.Warilla also has its own Mcdonalds, where the business will soon have its first sponsored church legue teamThere is one high school - Warilla High School (located in Barrack Heights) and two public schools - Warilla North and Warilla Public School.
