Beloit Memorial High School is a public, four year comprehensive high school located in Beloit, Wisconsin. The average class size is 24 students with an enrollment of 2,135 students, a Senior Class of 460, and 150 full-time certified staff. Beloit Memorial High School operates on a 4-block system which consists of 4 Terms per year, with 4 90-minute class periods per day. The school offers eleven advanced placement (AP) courses. Memorial competes in the WIAA Big Eight Conference in athletics. The school's nickname is the Purple Knights. The school has an extensive Charter School complex across the river named the Eclipse Educational Facility. It enrolls over 200 students and in addition to an online learning facility, it includes an auto body shop, cafeteria and a planned culinary arts restaurant run by the students. Also located at the Eclipse Center is the "Roy Chapman Andrews Academy", a project based charter school serving grades 9 through 12.
