Diego Alcazar (deceased)

Son of Maria Sanchez and Lorenzo Alcazar. Half-brother of Lila Rae Alcazar. Was raised thinking that Maria was his sister because she did not want his father, Alcazar, to realize he was alive. After discovering who his parents actually were he became obsessed with stalking the girls involved with his cousin Sage's death. Schemed with Lulu Spencer to break up Dillon Quartermaine and Georgie Jones. Thought to have been shot to death by Sam McCall in self defense, but resurfaced in February 2008 as the Text Message Killer. Killed in March 2008 after an accidental hanging.

Daughter of Lorenzo Alcazar and Skye Chandler Quartermaine. Half-sister of Diego Alcazar (deceased). Skye named her after her adoptive grandmother Lila Quartermaine, and her mother Rae Cummings. Currently living in London, England with her mother Skye and grandmother Rae.

Married to Carly Jacks briefly. Had an affair with Skye Quartermaine that produced a child (Lila Rae). Was shot and killed by Jason Morgan.

Andy Archer
(Ron Melendez, 2007–2009)
anesthesiologist at General Hospital, portrayed by Ron Melendez in the 2007 first season of General Hospital: Night Shift. In the storyline, Archer self-medicates with gas to help himself sleep but soon becomes addicted; he is nearly killed when "psychotic" nurse Jolene Crowell tries to kill him by upping his dosage as he sleeps. He also becomes involved with fellow doctor Kelly Lee, who is herself battling a sex addiction and rebuffs his desire to pursue a relationship.They soon agree to be friends and help each other with their addictions. Archer subsequently appears on General Hospital sporadically until January 29, 2009, when he dies as the first victim of a biotoxin accidentally in the hospital.

Daughter of Ned Ashton and Lois Cerullo, granddaughter of Tracy Quartermaine. Niece of Dillon Quartermaine and his step-siblings Lucky Spencer, Lulu Spencer and Ethan Lovett. Singer. Named after Brooklyn, NY, her mother's home town. Stalked by Diego Alcazar as punishment for the role she played in Sage Alcazar's death. Moved back home to Bensonhurst, but has returned to Port Charles plotting with Carly Corinthos to break up Lulu Spencer and Dante Falconeri. She now works as Nikolas Cassadine's private escort. Originally played by actress Brooke Radding in 1996, the character was last portrayed by actress Adrianne Leon when her birth date was revised to 1987 starting in 2004. Leon was nominated for two awards for the role in 2005: the Soap Opera Digest "Outstanding Female Newcomer Award", and "Outstanding Younger Actress" in the Daytime Emmy awards. Leon continued to play the character until 2006, then returned in 2010.[6][7]

Cooper "Coop" Barrett (deceased)

Former soldier in Iraq. Cousin of Brenda and Julia Barett. One of the seven assailants that take the Metro Court Hotel hostage. Bonded with Maxie Jones while trapped in the hotel vault. Maxie snuck Coop out of the hotel after it exploded and hid his part in the hostage crisis. Got a job working security at the same hotel, until Sonny Corinthos found out he was one of the hostage takers, and was now working for Sonny, by being a cop at the PCPD to feed Sonny and Jason information. Dated Maxie Jones. He was found dead in January 2008, murdered by Diego Alcazar.

Prior to leaving Port Charles, she married Derek, the son of one of her blackmail subjects, and moved to Nebraska to decorate her new mansion.

Bullied her younger brother Morgan Corinthos. He has been abusive, pressuring Kristina into having sex with him and hospitalizing her twice in early spring 2010. Was the victim of a hit and run caused by Alexis Davis, and dies from his internal injuries shortly after arriving to General Hospital.

She was later murdered in the same manner by Helena but set up Cesar Faison for the murder.

Dimitri Cassadine
(Unknown Actor) 1986
Mikkos, Victor and Tony's cousin, though it is unknown if he is related to Petros, another cousin who bears a striking resemblance to Mikkos. Dimitri came to Port Charles from Brazil as the poor Cassadine, something no one was aware of, and a business relationship with Sean Donely and the Quartermaines in February 1986. He helped Sean drive a wedge between Celia Quartermaine and Jimmy Lee Holt using Pilar. With the Donely/Cassadine merger going public soon, Monica began assisting them in bringing down the Quartermaines. After Jimmy Lee announced that the merger would make them richer, he and Edward Quartermaine decide to invest their fortune unaware it was fake. With 50% of the Quartermaine fortune in his grasp, Dimitri betrays Sean, who then tries to make up for his scheme by warning the Quartermaines. Unfortunately his warnings fall on deaf ears as Jimmy Lee and Edward sell the other 50% stock, thereby assuring their financial ruin. Having obtained the entire Quartermaine fortune, Dimitri fled to Brazil as the Quartermaines are informed of their losses. to never be heard from again. It is unknown whether he is alive or deceased as he has not been seen, heard or spoken of since his departure in April 1986.

A well known and legendary mob boss from the old days. Law enforcement had never been able to convict him of a crime, so they settled for the next best thing, deporting him from the country. Father of Max and Milo (who he keeps calling "Mario") Giambetti. Max had told his father that he was the boss of the crime family in Port Charles, and the entire organization, as well as Maxie Jones, Carly Corinthos-Jacks and Claudia Zacchara try to keep up the charade, even though he is condescending towards Jason and lecherous toward Diane. Later, he meets with Sonny, giving him some advice, and revealing that he knew of the ruse all along, and that he is proud of Max for earning enough respect to get everyone to lie for him. Maximus then flees the country in order to avoid the FBI.

Lisa's attempt at revenge by holding 4 and then 5 hostage's had failed. Johnny had tried to save Lisa but he knew it was too late when she tried to kill Robin.
