State Road 150 was a state highway in Madison County, Florida, United States. At its peak, it ran from State Road 20 (U.S. Route 19/U.S. Route 27) in southwestern Madison County northeast to State Road 55 (U.S. Route 221) south of Greenville. A second section ran from State Road 10 (U.S. Route 90) east of Greenville north to State Road 146 (with a short concurrency), and then east across State Road 53 and State Road 145 (with another concurrency) to end at Hickory Grove Road. The road continued east, unnumbered, across the Withlacoochee River into Hamilton County, where it met the west end of State Road 152.

The first section, from SR 10 east of Greenville to SR 53 at Cherry Lake, was assigned March 2, 1949. As with many other minor State Roads, SR 150 was given to the county around 1980, and is now County Road 150.
