This list of the tallest buildings and structures in Tokyo ranks skyscrapers and free-standing structures in the prefecture of Tokyo, Japan by height. The tallest structure in Tokyo is Tokyo Tower, a lattice tower that rises 332.6 meters (1,091 ft) in Minato and was completed in 1958. It also stands as the tallest structure in Japan and the tallest free-standing steel structure in the world. The tallest building and second tallest overall structure in Tokyo is the 248.1-meter (814 ft) Midtown Tower, which was recently completed in 2007.
Tallest buildings
This lists ranks Tokyo skyscrapers that stand at least 180 metres (590.6 ft) tall, based on standard height measurement. This height includes spires and architectural details but does not include antenna masts.
