Peccadillo (plural either "peccadillos" or "peccadillos"), from the Latin word for sin, is commonly used for a petty misdeed and, by extension, for an antic.

"Peccadillo" is the title of a 1985 play by Garson Kanin. It tells the story of an international conductor, "Maestro" Vito DeAngelis, and "Mrs. Maestro" Rachel, who both decide to create autobiographical accounts of their lives with the help of ghost writers.
