Limketkai Center

Limketkai Center is the single most expansive shopping, dining, and leisure complex in Visayas-Mindanao area & it covers more than 25 hectares of commercial establishments. In a few years office buildings and hotels are to be built making it a future Business District of Cagayan de Oro. It is owned and developed by Limketkai and Sons Inc., a company based in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental. The first world-class shopping mall and complex outside Metro Manila, Limketkai Center has more than 300 shops and has two major anchors namely Plaza Fair & Robinsons Cagayan de Oro. The Center also houses Mullberry Suites Hotel, Rosario Arcade, home of The Site, bars and coffee shops like Cafè Macumba, Ghana, Candy's Cafè & Restaurant, Taza Coffee, East Wok, P.Joe's Diner, M2 Karaoke Bar, Pizza de Amore, Bigby's Cafè, Ice Castle, Coffeeworks, Sunburst Fried Chicken, Vanity Works Day Spa, the Town, and other establishments. The Rosario Arcade is also where one of Cagayan de Oro's home-grown call centers, Arriba Telecontact is located. Grand Caprice Restaurant and Convention Center, one of the choice locations for conventions, is also within the complex. Within the vicinity are other hotels, Discovery Hotel in Florentino Drive and Pearlmont Inn. Limketkai Center had the very first Jollibee and McDonald's stores in the Northern Mindanao area. The opening of the complex also helped spawn economic boom of Cagayan de Oro in the early 90's.
