Walter Scott Lees (born December 25, 1875, Sowerby Bridge, Yorkshire, died September 10, 1924, West Hartlepool, County Durham) was an English cricketer who played in 5 Tests against South Africa in 1906.

In a career with Surrey lasting from 1896 to 1911, he took 1331 wickets for the county in first-class cricket, which puts him eighth on the Surrey all-time list. He took over a hundred wickets for the county in each of the seven consecutive seasons from 1903 to 1909. His best innings analysis of 9/81 was achieved against Sussex at Eastbourne in 1905.

He was a Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1906.
