The Air Force Communications Agency (AFCA) is a United States Air Force field operating agency of the Office of Warfighting Integration and Chief Information Officer. The agency was established on June 13 1996 and is headquartered at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. As of December 2005, AFCA has 116 officers, 140 enlisted, and 304 civilians.Fact|date=June 2007

The agency will be discontinued on 1 Oct 2008, concurrent with the establishment of Air Force Cyber Command. AFCA will be redesignated as the Twenty-Fourth Air Force.fact|date=August 2008
