Transnistria may refer to:

* Transnistria or Trans-Dniester in eastern Europe, internationally recognised as part of the Republic of Moldova but whose "de facto" independence is maintained with the assistance of Russian forces.
* Transnistria during World War II, a larger region that included present-day Transnistria. It was briefly annexed by Romania during the maximum eastward expansion of the Axis Powers.
