Kirsty Crawford

Kirsty Crawford, born November 25 1983, is a recording artist originally from Glasgow, United Kingdom. Her music is predominantly guitar based, pop/rock.

Crawford is currently working on her debut album in Australia and Los Angeles. She toured with Alan Fletcher (aka Karl Kennedy from "Neighbours") and his band Waiting Room which includes musicians Tommy Rando and Chris Hawker.

During her development, Crawford supported Waiting Room with her forthcoming material — including her singles "Every Now and Then", "Don't Tell Me" and "Busted" — as well as covers of Alanis Morissette's "Ironic", Blondie's "One Way or Another". Aretha Franklin's "Respect", Green Day's "Basket Case", Skunk Anansie's "Hedonism" and Janis Joplin's "Take Another Little Piece of my Heart".

Kirsty, a former medical student, was a finalist on the 2003 TV Show Pop Idol.

Kirsty Crawford has a management and production deal with Manager James Craven at All Terrain Music Rights. . She will release her first single in 2008.
