Watlington is a
village andcivil parish in the Englishcounty ofNorfolk . It is situated some 2 km from the east bank of theRiver Great Ouse , 12 km south of the town ofKing's Lynn and 60 km west of the city ofNorwich .ref|osexp1The civil parish has an area of 6.93 km² and in the 2001 census had a population of 2,031 in 852 households. For the purposes of local government, the parish falls within the district of
