Guy Hebert was drafted by St. Louis in 1987, when he was a sophomore at
Hamilton College . Hebert played in the minors, for the Peoria Rivermen, until he was called up to the St. Louis Blues in December 1991. Hebert was the first pick of theMighty Ducks of Anaheim in the1993 NHL Expansion Draft , and he played there until midway through the2000–01 NHL season , making him the last of the original Ducks with the team, after which he was placed on waviers and the New York Rangers claimed him. He retired in 2001. Hebert still ranks 1st or 2nd in every major goalkeeping statistic of the Ducks franchise. Aside from his NHL career Hebert also was selected to the United States hockey team for the 1994 world championships. Also the US team that won the 1996 World Cup and the 1998 Olympic team in Nagano. Hebert was selected to the 1997 NHL All Star game.External links
