Rambergite

Rambergite

Rambergite is a manganese sulfide mineral with formula MnS. It has been found in anoxic marine sediments, rich in organic matter and also in skarn in Sweden. It was named after the mineralogist, Hans Ramberg.

It is closely related to Hauerite.
