And the Winner Is (Originally released as Female Vocalist of The Year and The Winner Is... Selena & Los Dinos) is the fifth album released by Selena Y Los Dinos. It was released in the same year Selena, then 15, won a Tejano Music Award for best female vocalist and performer of the year.
