The Sunshine Plaza is a large regional shopping centre located in Maroochydore on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The Sunshine Plaza has a number of major stores and supermarkets. These include Coles, Woolworths,
Myer , Kmart, Target, and Birch Carroll & Coyle cinemas. On top of this, there are approximately 220 specialty stores, cafes, restaurants and other services. Previously a shopping centre called "The Sands", Sunshine Plaza started as a redevelopment of this centre and began trading in 1994. It now has 62,000 m² of net lettable area with major tenants including Myer, Target, Kmart and Birch Carroll & Coyle.
