A President of the Executive Council is the presiding officer of an Executive Council in governments in the Commonwealth of Nations. The term may specifically refer to:—

*The Governor-General or Governors of the Australian states in Australia and New Zealand, although the actual title is not used
*A Premier of a Canadian Province (see Premier (Canada))
*The President of the Executive Council of the Irish Free State (the Free State's head of government)
*The President of the Executive Yuan, otherwise known as the "Premier of Taiwan"
