Kadeer Ali

Kadeer Ali (born 7 March 1983, Moseley, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England) is an English cricketer who has played for the cricket teams of Worcestershire,England A cricket team and Gloucestershire. He has recently opened the batting in one day games for Gloucestershire as well as being a useful addition to the spin attack, taking best figures this season (2007) of 4-22. Despite a prolific junior career, and inclusion in England's 2002 Academy Squad he has yet to fulfil his potential in first-class cricket. However, in the last two seasons he has shown signs of becoming a more consistent batsman for Gloucstershire. He is the cousin of Kabir Ali.
