The United States alleged that Mohammad Nechle's employment by the Bosnian Red Crescent tied him to terrorism.ref|CsrtNechle During his Combatant Status Review Tribunal Nechle was presented with a copy of the unclassified portion of his dossier. It contained four allegations, including: "Detainee is a former employee of the Red Crescent Society and attended meetings in Sarajevo for Algerians working for non-government organizations in Bosnia."
