Fuzzy Door Productions

Fuzzy Door Productions is the production company of television producer Seth MacFarlane. Its productions include the animated series "Family Guy", "American Dad!", the upcoming Family Guy spin-off "The Cleveland Show" and the live-action sitcom "The Winner". The name of the company comes from the fake, leopard printed fur covered door to the house MacFarlane lived in when he was attending Rhode Island School of Design as undergraduate in Animation. The house itself also went by the nickname The Fuzzy Door during MacFarlane's residence and was the location of many "Fuzzy Door" parties.

Trivia

* The name and logo of the company are based on a door to an apartment building in Providence, Rhode Island USA that was typically rented to RISD students. The building had a fuzzy leopard print fabric stapled to the front door. Seth MacFarlane lived in the building during his time at the college.
