Kevin "Cowboy" Neale (born 18 July 1945) is a former Australian rules footballer in the VFL.

Neale played with St Kilda initially as a backman but moved to full forward in 1966. He kicked five goals in St Kilda's 1966 Grand Final win over Cillingwood.

Nicknamed "Cowboy" for his ability to ride opposition players when taking a mark. His record of 16 finals games remains a St Kilda record.

Cowboy also coached the Central District Football Club in the SANFL from 1984-1987, for 2 finals matches appearances in 1984, and also coaching the club whilst John Platten won the Magarey Medal in 1984.
