Ramadugu

Ramadugu is a village located 19 km from Karimnagar City. Ramadugu in telugu means Ram's foot, it is believed that Ram the Hindu god went through Ramadugu on his way to Lanka. It has a fort of ancient days, with 30 m high walls and a 280 years old Mosque.

It is very famous for stone sculptures. The best stone sculptures are made here and people from all over India come here for this reason.Fact|date=February 2007

There are a number of buses to this location from Karimnagar, Jagital, Gangadhara and Choppadandi.

This village is famous for its mixed culture, with people of all religions living peacefully.

The word 'project' come to this village because a mid-level water supply dam is constructed in this village in 1960's which will supply the water to all the surrounding villages throw its two left & right canals.

recently the andhra pradesh chief minister Sri Rajashekar reddy allocated 20 crores to this project for increasing the water storage capacity of the dam, and the works are started and going on.

Recently it is connected to its mandal-town called 'dharpalle' with tar road which is 8 km from the village and bus service is also started.

Ramadugu is well connected with APSRTC bus service from nizamabad, dichpalle and dharpalle towns. dichpalle railway station is the nearest railway station to this village which is located in the railway route between secunderabad to nizamabad.
