Evermode of Ratzeburg

Saint Evermod or "Evermode" (d.1178) was one of the first Norbertines. In 1134 he became abbot of Gottesgnaden and later of Magdeburg. In 1154 he became the first bishop of Ratzeburg.

He was buried in Ratzeburg cathedral.

His feast day is 17 February.
