New Brunswick Station is a railroad station on the New Jersey Transit Northeast Corridor Line and the Amtrak Northeast Corridor in New Brunswick, New Jersey. New Brunswick has had a railroad station since the mid-19th century; the Pennsylvania Railroad built the current station in 1903 when the tracks were raised above street level. Service was eventually taken over by Penn Central and then New Jersey Transit and Amtrak.

It is across the street from the Old Queens campus of Rutgers University, at the intersection of Easton Avenue and French and Albany Streets in the downtown of New Brunswick. In 2006, there was a 90% loss in passengers on Amtrak trains serving the station due to the transfer of Amtrak Clocker services to New Jersey Transit.

Of the six New Jersey stations served by Amtrak, New Brunswick was the sixth-busiest in FY2010, boarding or detraining an average of about 18 passengers daily.[2]
