Electoral district of Kingsley

Electoral district of Kingsley

Kingsley is an Electoral district of Western Australia. As in other districts, the Kingsley district elects a single person to the Western Australian Legislative Assembly. The elected person is then known as the Member for Kingsley, and is said to hold the seat of Kingsley. As of 2008, the Member for Kingsley is Andrea Mitchell who holds the seat for the Liberal Party. She won the seat by a considerable margin from Labor member Judy Hughes, after a backlash against the Carpenter government.
