Elijah List

Elijah List

The Elijah List is a non-denominational Christian prophetic website created by Steve Shultz in 1997 with around 131,000 subscribers to their mailing list. The name of the site comes from the Old Testament prophet, Elijah.

The mission statement posted on the site itself is as follows: "THE ELIJAH LIST is called to transmit around the world, in agreement with Holy Scripture, fresh daily prophetic 'manna' from the Lord, regarding the days in which we live."

The site receives content from a large number of American "prophets" and "seers", all of whom have links to their own websites.

The site also has an online store which sells Christian books, gifts and other resources.

"The Elijah List has more than 131,000 subscribers and has become the largest platform for [Christian] prophetic ministers." ("Charisma", April 2006, p. 34)
