Champlain Place (French: Place Champlain), also known as Champlain Mall, is a shopping centre located in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada. It is the largest single building shopping centre in Atlantic Canada by floor space.[3] Champlain Place is owned and operated by Cadillac Fairview.

The mall contains over 150 stores and services. The anchor tenants are Sobeys, Wal-Mart, Sears, Toys "R" Us, H&M, Urban Planet, Linen Chest and Sport Chek. Other prominent tenants include La Vie en Rose, American Eagle Outfitters, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Eddie Bauer, Mexx, Roots, HMV, RW&CO, ALDO, Spring Shoes, FeetFirst, Le Château and Boathouse.

Champlain Place is also known for the wide variety of Beauty stores and services including The Body Shop, Yves Rocher, Fruits & Passion, Glamour Secrets, GNC - General Nutrition Centre and Aldo Accessories.

The mall also has a large food court with many restaurants, such as KFC, Pizza Delight, A&W, Subway, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, Second Cup, Starbucks, New York Fries.

Until September 2008, customers of Champlain Place were allowed to bring their shopping carts with them anywhere within the common areas of the mall. Carts have since been banned from use in the common areas, and restricted to grocery and large department stores.[4]

A major interior and exterior renovation of the mall was completed in November 2008.

Immediately adjacent to Champlain Place (on the same lot and under the same management) is Crystal Palace, an indoor amusement complex with such rides as a roller coaster and wave swinger. Also included within the complex is an Empire Theatres 8 cinema multiplex, a Ramada Hotel and a Chapters bookstore.
