Crowley Independent School District is a public school district based in Crowley, Texas (USA). The Superintendent of Schools is Dr. Dan Powell.
In addition to Crowley, the district also serves portions of Fort Worth and Edgecliff Village in south central Tarrant County. A small portion of northern Johnson County also lies within the district.
In 2009, the school district was rated "academically acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.[1]

North Crowley High School
North Crowley High School Information Type Public, Secondary School district Crowley Independent School District Grades 9-12 Color(s) royal blue and silver Mascot Panthers
The school is located in Fort Worth.North Crowley High School opened in 1998. The school colors are blue and silver (and black, unofficially). The mascot is the Panther. The North Crowley varsity football team was the Division I - 4A state champions in 2003. Jason Fox, '06, was a member of the state championship football team. He is now playing for the Detroit Lions, having been drafted in 2010. He played football and basketball while at North Crowley. Other North Crowley sports teams have also been successful. The team currently participates in UIL Division IV - 5A and in 2007-2008, the Varsity Panther Boys Basketball team was 5A State Champions. They were led by leading scorer and star Willie Warren, who is currently a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma. They were rated the 3rd best high school basketball team in the country as well as the number one rated public high school team in the country. Famous American hip hop music producer Ryan ESL is also a part of the North Crowley alumni. Another famous North Crowley alum is Joshua Allen, winner of the fourth season of the TV show, So You Think You Can Dance. Another pop culture icon, Scott Disick of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, attended the school. The North Crowley Choir program, under the direction of Robyn Hollimon, has also been very successful since the school's opening. They made straight sweepstakes (all perfect rankings) with the 4 choirs they brought to the 2009 UIL competition. The North Crowley Varsity Women's Choir performed at the 2011 TMEA Convention. The North Crowley Mighty Panther Band, has consistently received sweepstakes at both concert and marching UIL contests.
Students at North Crowley often refer to the school by its nickname, "NoCro."

Crowley Middle School
Crowley Middle School's mascot is the Panther. The school is located in Fort Worth. Students attending this school go to North Crowley High School (North Crowley Ninth Grade Campus). In the past, the school went undefeated in Football, Boys basketball, and track team won quad-county. The 7th Grade Beginning Girls' Choir got Sweepstakes (1s best score possible) at UIL on April 10, 2008.
