Staryi Sambir

Staryi Sambir ( _uk. Старий Самбір, _pl. Stary Sambor) is a city in the Lviv Oblast of western Ukraine, close to the border with Poland. It is the administrative center of the Starosambirsky Raion (district), and is located at around coord|49|25|60|N|23|0|0|E|display=inline,title.

The current estimated population is around 5,700 (as of 2001).
