Ingeborg Sorensen (born Ingeborg Sørensen) on 16 May 1948 in Drammen, Norway is a Norwegian model. She was "Playboy" magazine's Playmate of the Month for its March 1975 issue.

Ingeborg's family owned a pharmacy in Oslo. She was a semi-finalist in the 1969 Miss International contest held in Tokyo. Ingeborg later toured Japan promoting Norwegian fashion designers before coming to the United States.

In 1972, Ingeborg toured with Bob Hope and the USO, visiting US Military installations in Alaska, Japan, Thailand, Diego Garcia, South Vietnam and Guam. Joining her were Redd Foxx, Lola Falana and Dolores Hope. That year, she was also the first runner-up in the Miss World contest.
