Keith Millard (born March 18, 1962 in Pleasanton, California) is a former American football defensive tackle who played nine seasons for the Minnesota Vikings, the Green Bay Packers, the Seattle Seahawks and the Philadelphia Eagles from 1985 to 1993 in the National Football League. Millard was selected to the Pro Bowl in 1988 and 1989. Millard currently holds the NFL record for most sacks in a single season by a defensive tackle with 18 in 1989, and was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year that season. Early in the following season he suffered a major knee injury causing him to miss the rest of that season. Although he came back to play for several more years, he was never the dominant force he had been early in his career after that.

Millard played college football at Washington State University and was drafted in the first round of the 1984 NFL Draft and played one season in the USFL. Millard volunteered his time and expertise as the Cactus Shadows High School (Cave Creek, AZ) defensive line coach for the 1995 and 1996 seasons. Millard was the Denver Broncos assistant defensive line coach in 2004 and became the Oakland Raiders defensive line coach in 2005 and still has the job today.

Millard played in 93 games during his career, making 58 sacks, and two interceptions.

In 1986, All Pro defensive tackle Keith Millard pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct at a Bloomington hotel. In a story the locals still love to recite, Millard told the police officers who responded to “Go ahead and shoot“ because "My arms are more powerful than your guns." (citation?)
