Baldeo Das Birla

Baldeo Das Birla (also Baldeodas Birla) is considered a pioneer of philanthropy in India. He had four sons, Ghanshyam Das Birla, Jugalkishore, Rameshwar Das and Braj Mohan Birla.

He contributed to the establishment of the Medical College Calcutta.
