The University of Seoul (Korean: _ko. 서울시립대학교, _ko. 서울市立大學校) is a public university operated by the municipal government of Seoul, South Korea. The campus stands in Jeonnong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu. It traces its origins to 1918, when it was founded under Japanese rule as the Keijo Public School of Agriculture. It became a four-year college in 1956, and a university in 1981.

It is known as the one of top-class universities in Korea.
