Osamu Saka (阪 脩 Saka Osamu, born November 7, 1930 in Osaka, Osaka Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actor who works for Aoni Production.
He is most known for the roles of Wheeljack in the Japanese dub of (The Transformers), as well as Seitaro Sakaki (Mobile Police Patlabor), Jotaro Honma (Black Jack), and Daisuke Aramaki (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex).
